The Bandit's Grilled Steak
  • Top Sirloin Steak (2 inches thick and about 10-12 oz. per serving)
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Bandana Bandito's Stockyard Steak & Burger Sauce

Lightly rub both sides of steak with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Set grill to high heat. Sear steak to keep juices in. For well done cook 6 to 7 minutes per side.(These are approximate times since heating characteristics vary by grill.)

To serve, pour a 1-2 ounce pool of the the bandit's Stockyard Sauce onto a plate and place steak on top. Serve with Texas style toast, mixed green salad with tomato, red onion and avocado slices and crumbled blue cheese. For a dressing try Bandana Bandito's Red Wine Vinegrette. Complete with baked potato and steamed broccoli.

Spicy Baked Beans on the Grill
  • 1 #10 size can of baked beans (Bush's Original Beans works well)
  • 1 bottle of Bandana Bandoti's Stockyard Steak and Burger Sauce
  • 1 lb thick sliced beacon - cooked and diced
  • 1 diced medium onion

Combine all ingredients and pour mixture in a suitable baking dish. Prepare your grill to cook by the indirect cooking method. Remove the cooking grid and place a shallow aluminum foil pan on the left or right side on the briquettes. Fill the pan with water. Replace cooking grid.

Set grill to low heat. Place baking dish with mixture over the water pan. Cook for 2 hours or until beans are bubbling.
