This unique cooking grid heats up faster and cooks all foods at a uniform temperature. Use the wide-ribbed side for grilling steaks, chops, burgers and ribs, branding them with sear lines. Use the flip side, with its smooth surface for grilling delicate foods such as fish, seafood and vegetables.

SearMagic® Grids are Standard on Hybrid Models

Infra-Roast Rear® Rotisserie Burner System
Infra-red rear burner heats up fast sealing juices in for juicier and moister results. Constructed of commercial grade stainless steel. Easy to install or remove for normal grilling. 16,000 BTU rated and has its own control.

Stainless Steel Drop-in Side Burner
This premium commercial grade stainless steel side burner is 11,000 BTU rated, has its own electronic ignition, and is factory assembled for simple drop-in installation for built-ins.

Premium Hi-Power Built-in Side Burner
This 18,000 BTU rated side burner easily accommodates a large saute' pan or pot and provides high heat for wok cooking or deep frying. All stainless steel construction with electronic ignition system. Includes stainless steel cover.
